Guns N' Roses is an american rock band that was formed in Los Angeles, California in 1985. The band is lead by the co-founder Axle Rose. Axle has gone through numerouse line-up charges and contraversies. The band released 6 studio albums, 3 EPs and a livfe album. THe band has sold about 100 million copies world wide, over 43 million in the United Staes. The bands major debut album Appetite for Destruction, has sold over 28 million copies, and reached number 1 on the United Staes Billboard 200. In addition, the album charted three Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including "Sweet Child o' Mine" which reached number one.[11] The 1991 albums Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II debuted on the two highest spots on the Billboard 200 and have sold a combined 14 million copies in the United States alone and 35 million worldwide. After over a decade of work, the band released their follow-up album, Chinese Democracy, in 2008.

One of the best guitarist ever, Saul Hudson mostly known as Slash, is an English musician. Slash is arguably best-known as the former lead guitarist of hard rock band Guns N' Roses, with whom he performed and recorded between 1985 and 1996. He later formed the eponymous Slash's Snakepit and co-founded Velvet Revolver with his former bandmates Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum. His debut solo album, Slash & Friends, is due to be released in 2010. He was named #2 for the 10 best electric guitar players by Time Magazine.

Dj Ashba co-wrote and co-produced Motley Crue's latest album Saints of Los Angeles, which garnered a 2008 GRAMMY nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance, as well as co-wrote and co-produced the Sixx AM album Heroin Diaries.
