Cyclops
By: Edgar and Oscar
Have you heard of one creature with one eye. I know what your thinking what happens if he wants to read and what glasses have one lens well I got the answer for you. Cyclops is very famous creature we all know him because of his big eye and huge size.In Greek mythology and later Roman mythology, a cyclops (pronounced /ˈsaɪklɒps/; Greek: Κύκλωψ, Kuklōps), is a member of a primordial race of giants, each with a single eye in the middle of its forehead. The classical plural is cyclopes (pronounced /saɪˈkloʊpiːz/; Greek: Κύκλωπες, Kuklōpes), though the conventional plural cyclopses is also used in English. The name is widely thought to mean "circle-eyed.'' The cyclops is a monster that can smash a human to pieces with just a flick of the wrist. The last race of cyclopes were brutish shepherds lived in squalid lives in dingy caves in Silicy, tending there flocks and tearing intruders apart. The cyclops communicated with grunts and roars. Thet's all you need to know about cyclops and his life I hope you enjoyed. Warning: approaching a cyclops can lead to many fatalities and possible death!!!
