What's for lunch today?

Ricky, Anthony and Edward went undercover for you guys to see what the cafeteria workers were preparing. It seem like a quiet place, maybe a little to quiet. When we entered we encountered the manager and we had some questions for her. Here's how it went.
"Mam, we got some questions for you. First of all what is your name?"
Like a lady she answered, "Ms. Davis"
"When do you start preparing today's' food?"
"We prepare the food a day before but we don't cook it until the day we serve the food."
"What is your job around here?"
"I supervise, order the food, discipline the workers, meetings, and talk to the principal" she answered.
"Where do you keep the food"
"In the freezer storage"
"Who's the head cook?" we continued
"Ms. Vasquez and the minor jobs we rotate so that it won't get boring" Then for our final question we got them real good we asked them,"Do you add anything special to the food?" There's where the manager got quiet and there was silence for a minute. Finally she responded "It's a secret, we follow the recipe." Anyways they gave us the the menu for February.
